Asustem Robotics seeks the services of qualified, hardworking, and passionate individuals for the position of Secretary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for numerous administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, communication support, document management support, and customer service support. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will organize, and manage daily office activities and provide administrative support to superiors and team members

·       The candidate will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls to the right recipients and act as a point of contact between clients and employees

·       The candidate will manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings

·       The candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing various documents

·       The candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, clients, and vendors, providing them with information

·       The candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels of office supplies

Qualification

·       Diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations Management, or other relevant field

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills

·       Proven work experience as a secretary is an added advantage

Salary: 500 – 800gh
