Flowitec is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of HR and Admin position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including answering phones and maintaining office supplies. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping and document management
· The candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
· The candidate will coordinate with employee onboarding and orientation programs
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records
· The candidate must ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
· The candidate will be responsible for assisting with benefits administration, including answering phones, responding to emails and maintaining office supplies
· The candidate will be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Qualification
· 1-2 years of work experience in HR or administration
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good interpersonal and coordination skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong organizational and time management skills
