L’Aine Hr is seeking the services of results-oriented, qualified and hardworking individuals for the Executive Driver position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving keeping the road safety regulations at all times. The candidate will be responsible for the cleaning of vehicles and keeping the vehicles neat. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities 

·       The candidate will drive keeping the road safety regulations all the time.

·       The candidate will be responsible for the cleaning of vehicles and keeping the vehicles neat.

·       The candidate will be responsible for observing of servicing period, roadworthy and insurance dates and informing the General Services Manager accordingly.

·       The candidate will be responsible for checking fuel levels, tyres, engine oil, brake fluid, power steering fluid, windscreen wipers, water, etc.

·       The candidate will maintain awareness of current road systems and conditions by monitoring news and traffic reports, adjusting routes as necessary to avoid delays.

·       The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during transport assignments.

·       The candidate will be responsible for driving staff for official duties whenever required.

·       Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of Middle School Certificate/ Diploma
  • Have a valid Driver’s License
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an executive driver for Top Management
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and organized.
