Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin and Account Officer to join our team. This role will be pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and managing financial transactions.

 Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Manage and maintain office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Accounting Duties

  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Perform any other duty that may be assigned by management in line with the role occupied

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a product distribution firm.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
