West Hills Shop seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the HR Officer position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and onboarding processes
· The candidate will be responsible for managing employee attendance, leave and performance
· The candidate will be responsible for supporting employee relations and resolving workplace issues
· The candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies and maintaining accurate records
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
· 2 years of proven experience as an HR Officer
· Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
