· The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and onboarding processes
· The candidate will be responsible for managing employee attendance, leave and performance
· The candidate will be responsible for supporting employee relations and resolving workplace issues
· The candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies and maintaining accurate records
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
· 2 years of proven experience as an HR Officer
· Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
