Nexans, seeks the services of qualified, highly motivated and qualified individuals for the Back Sales Officer position. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of call for all customer orders. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will act as the first point of call for all customer orders
· The candidate will be responsible for checking customer orders
· The candidate will collaborate with field sales managers to understand and capture customer context and needs
· The candidate will communicate customer requirements internally
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing sales operational documents
· The candidate will be responsible for checking that order obligations are met by managing and controlling customer deliveries
· The candidate will be responsible for liaising with production and stores to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full
Qualifications
· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics or other related field.
· Proven work experience as a Back Sales Officer will be an added advantage
· A keen eye for detail
· Good time management skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
