Panacea Pharmaceuticals is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Warehouse Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory. The successful candidate must be results-oriented and detail-oriented. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Requirements:

       i.          Degree / HND in Procurement and Supply Chain/ Purchasing and Supply or related field.

     ii.          Minimum 2 years proven experience in a similar role in a pharmaceutical or related industry.

    iii.          Results-oriented and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

   iv.          Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team.

     v.          Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

       i.          Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.

     ii.          Ensure optimal stock levels of inventory to prevent operational shortages.

    iii.          Supervise the receipt and proper storage of incoming pharmaceutical products.

   iv.          Supervise and coordinate the processing of orders, including picking, packing, and dispatch of products.

     v.          Continuously improve warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.

   vi.          Assist in procuring required inventory from vendors and suppliers.

  vii.          Supervise and ensure warehouse staff adhere to all safety and standard operating procedures.
