Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients, market company’s products and assess their creditworthiness
• Conduct group meetings to explain loan terms and collect repayments
• Provide financial education and business development support to clients
• Monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments and minimize delinquencies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Uphold the values and mission of Secure Capital in all interactions
Qualifications:
• HND or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in microfinance or banking, with a focus on group lending
• Strong understanding of financial principles and lending practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the local market are assets
