Purpose
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for performing daily upkeep to ensure that all plants—including block plants, pipe plants, batching plants, CNC machines, quarry plants, and heavy-duty trucks—operate efficiently and with minimal downtime. The role requires executing all tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently, with a continuous focus on enhancing plant performance in terms of safety, quality, and reliability.

Qualifications/Experience
o Minimum Degree in mechanical engineering (plant option), or similar.
o A minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanical engineer in the construction industry, with a specialized focus on concrete batching & crusher plants, and CNC machines.
o Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
o Proficiency in mechanical design and diagnostic testing software.
o Willingness to perform mechanical maintenance & repairs outside of business hours.
