Sylprin Company Limited seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Mechanical Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the manufacturing and maintenance of mechanical systems and devices. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for leading projects from conceptualization to production
· The candidate must ensure timelines and budgets are met
· The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, designers, and project managers
· The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and contractors for parts, materials, and services
· The candidate will be responsible for building prototypes and conducting tests to assess performance, safety, and durability
· The candidate will be responsible for analyzing test results and making design adjustments to improve efficiency and functionality
· The candidate must ensure designs meet industry standards and safety regulations
· The candidate will be responsible for identifying and solving technical issues in the design, manufacturing, or operation of mechanical systems
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed reports, manuals, and operational procedures
Qualification
· HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field
· Strong problem-solving capabilities
· Ability to manage numerous projects and teams to ensure deliverables are met
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
