Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Website Management:
• Oversee the look, feel, and usability of the company website, ensuring best practices are maintained.
• Manage website content, including writing SEO descriptions for categories and subcategories to improve SEO performance.
• Collaborate with the design team to update website assets as needed.
• Work closely with the Data Entry Team to optimize Shopify product listings, including data verification, inventory management, and product uploads.
• Develop creative strategies to increase customer traffic to the company website, such as sign-up coupons and welcome emails.
• Optimize the company website by working with cross-functional teams to improve user experience, clean up the website menu, and update content.

Digital Marketing (Social Media & Email):
• Create engaging and informative content for social media and the website, including website copy, images, and blogs.
• Participate in strategy development, planning, and implementation of marketing campaigns across all channels to promote the business and generate genuine traffic.
• Develop effective marketing strategies to drive conversion, increase customer engagement, and achieve a better ROI for the website and other marketing platforms.
• Assist with social media content creation and publication, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Manage follower lists to remove fake followers.
• Use the Klaviyo email management system to develop new strategies for increasing sales and conversion rates by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, open rate, click-through rate, spam complaints/unsubscribe rate, bounce rate, revenue per email/campaign, overall ROI, segment performance, and subscriber growth. Provide weekly and monthly reports on these KPIs and performance results.
• Create engaging email campaigns targeting different customer segments to drive sales, such as the marine segment, big spenders, new customers, loyal customers, bulk buyers, and engaged customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Drift, and Platform Managers) to expand the customer list, create new segments, and maintain customer retention rates.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends and make changes to current marketing strategies to optimize performance and reach.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in website management, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
• Proficiency with Shopify and Klaviyo email management system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
