Masco Foods is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects and campaigns. This role ensures the timely delivery of marketing activities, compliance with brand standards, and efficient management of media, suppliers, and departmental records to achieve sales and transactional targets. The coordinator will also analyze data and contribute creative marketing ideas to boost sales. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities:

       i.          Assist the Marketing Manager in organizing, planning, and coordinating marketing projects.

     ii.          Support the successful opening of new stores from a marketing perspective.

    iii.          Ensure MRM (Marketing Review Meetings) and competitor reports are prepared and shared on time.

   iv.          Manage Out-of-Home (OOH) marketing activities to drive sales and brand visibility.

     v.          Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to support campaign effectiveness and sales strategies.

   vi.          Develop creative marketing plans and ideas to boost sales and customer engagement.

  vii.          Ensure all supplier invoices are submitted, signed, and paid promptly.

viii.          Maintain records and manage departmental expenses accurately.

   ix.          Oversee media management to support sales and transaction objectives for all campaigns.

     x.          Ensure brand standards are maintained across all levels (00H, media, in-store).

   xi.          Assist the department in achieving sales and transactional targets for campaigns.

  xii.          Manage supplier relationships, including contract management, timely execution of activities, and payments.

Key Skills & Competencies:

       i.          Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

     ii.          Ability to analyze marketing data and extract actionable insights.

    iii.          Creative thinking with ability to develop ideas that drive sales.

   iv.          Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

     v.          Knowledge of 00H, media, and campaign execution.

   vi.          Proficiency in record-keeping, reporting, and expense management.

  vii.          Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.

viii.          Attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

       i.          Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

     ii.          2-4 years' experience in marketing coordination, preferably in FMCG, retail, or QSR.

    iii.          Experience with data analysis, marketing reporting, and supplier management is a plus.
