Chroma Ghana is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and result-driven individuals for the position of Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new markets and customers within the assigned territory and arranging meetings with potential customers to enhance sales volumes/revenues. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will proactively identify new markets and customer segments.

·       The candidate will be responsible for converting and closing out campaign leads.

·       The candidate will be responsible for negotiating and closing sales as assigned (Cash & Count).

·       The candidate will arrange meetings with potential customers.

·       The candidate will be responsible for the retention of customers for repeat business.

·       The candidate will meet and/or exceed monthly sales targets.

·       The candidate will persuasively overcome objections to get customer to buy.

·       The candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing manager in day-to-day marketing activities.

·       The candidate will capture customer contact information accurately.

·       The candidate must ensure that the documentation completed is compliant with Company policies.

·       The candidate will be responsible for contributing to the implementation of the marketing plan.

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

·       Good knowledge of sales and marketing policies, processes and techniques

·       Good personal interaction

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       The discipline to adhere to the principles and values of the company

·       Ability to deliver results and  meet customer expectations

·       Attention to detail and accuracy

·       Adherence to principles and values
