Nesstra Ghana is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an Accounts Systems Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Salesforce admin tasks and generating reports. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suites, especially Microsoft Excel. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
i. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Salesforce admin tasks and generating reports
ii. The candidate will be responsible for cross-checking invoice data between Salesforce and Tally
iii. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with reporting and reconciliation
iv. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy across finance and sales systems
Qualification
i. Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
ii. Good head for numbers and data consistency
iii. Organized and reliable
iv. Bonus: Experience with Salesforce or Tally
