Mentech Pride is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls, assisting customers with payments & phone lock issues, providing support, and recording interactions. Requirements:
i. Higher National Diploma or Higher
ii. 2–3 years of customer service/call center experience
iii. Good written and verbal communication skills
iv. Excellent computing skills
v. Must be polite, patient & tech-savvy
vi. Able to work shifts/weekends
