Shelter Mart Properties seeks qualified and hardworking individuals for the estate manager position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting with the estate owner to discuss their requirements, plans, and any upcoming events. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will meet with the estate owner to discuss their requirements

·       The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining budgets

·       The candidate will supervise all estate employees

·       The candidate will train gardeners, farmhands, chefs and butlers

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Land Economy, or other relevant fields

·       Proven work experience as an Estate Manager

·       Membership of relevant professional association

·       3 years of proven work experience is an added advantage

·       Possession of a valid driver’s license

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
