Wagner Vehicle Management Limited is seeking experienced and reliable individuals for the position of an Auto Mechanic. While experience with Mercedes-Benz vehicles is a competitive advantage, we welcome applicants with solid general mechanical expertise and diagnostic skills across multiple brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, suspensions, and transmissions. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines, brakes, suspensions, and transmissions.
ii. Use diagnostic tools (Mercedes-Benz STAR diagnostic system is a plus).
iii. Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing.
iv. Collaborate with service advisors to provide repair timelines and cost estimates.
v. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety procedures.
vi. Deliver high-quality repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
Qualification
i. At least 5 years of hands-on mechanic experience.
ii. Technical training or certification.
iii. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
iv. Mercedes-Benz experience is an asset but not required.
v. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
vi. Good communication and team skills.
Remuneration
Salary: GHS 3,000 per month
