Role Overview
Rayatic is seeking a Sales Lead to drive revenue growth by selling solar packages and managing the end-to-end customer journey—from lead generation and conversion to onboarding, installation coordination, and post-sale relationship management.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales operator who understands consultative selling, is comfortable in the field, and can own customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
i. Drive sales of Rayatic’s residential and SME solar packages
ii. Convert inbound and outbound leads into signed customers
iii. Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable solar solutions
iv. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Customer Onboarding & Management
i. Own the full customer lifecycle from first contact to system activation
ii. Guide customers through pricing, financing options, and documentation
iii. Coordinate with technical teams on site visits, installations, and commissioning
iv. Serve as the primary point of contact post-installation for customer support and upselling
Pipeline & Process Management
i. Maintain accurate sales pipelines and customer records
ii. Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups using Rayatic’s CRM or tracking tools
iii. Provide weekly sales updates and insights to leadership
Market & Partnerships
i. Identify new sales channels (agents, referrals, community groups, SMEs)
ii. Support partnerships with real estate developers, SMEs, and institutions
iii. Gather market feedback to improve product offerings and pricing
Qualifications & Experience
i. 3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition
ii. Experience selling solar, energy, fintech, insurance, or asset-financed products is a strong advantage
iii. Proven ability to close deals and manage customer relationships
iv. Comfortable working in the field and engaging customers face-to-face
v. Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
vi. Based in Accra with willingness to travel locally
