Prestea Community Co-Operative Credit Union seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Field Teller (Mobile Banking) position. The ideal candidate will submit daily collections to respective branch coordinators and promote mobile banking services to potential customers and old customers. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for submitting daily collections to respective branch controllers
· The candidate must promote mobile banking services to potential customers
· The company must acquire new customers and meet sales targets
· The candidate will conduct customer sensitization and training on mobile banking services
· The candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery
· The candidate will identify and mitigate risks associated with mobile banking
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree, HND or WASSCE in sales, marketing or customer service
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and others
