P. M. Renaissance is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an Admin Support Intern. The Admin Support Intern will assist in general administrative work such as answering phone calls, sourcing candidates, and responding to candidate queries via email. The successful candidate will assist with sourcing and screening candidates. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities  

       i.          Assist with sourcing and screening of candidates. 

     ii.          Review and prepare job descriptions using the approved template. 

    iii.          Frequently engage candidates throughout the recruitment process. 

   iv.          Assist in posting job openings on various social media platforms

     v.          Provide support in collecting and analyzing data received from surveys

   vi.          Assist with reviewing social media content and strategies. 

  vii.          Respond to all correspondence, such as emails and phone calls. 

viii.          Support the documentation and filing of candidate due diligence documents. 

   ix.          Assist in organizing monthly assessment centers. 

     x.          Monitor office supplies and report to assigned staff for replenishment.  

   xi.          Participate in HR projects and initiatives. 

  xii.          Perform any other task as assigned. 

Requirements 

       i.          A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Social Science, or any related field of study. 

     ii.          Minimum of 1 years’ experience, inclusive of NSS in a similar role or its equivalent.

    iii.          Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

   iv.          Excellent problem-solving and report-writing skills. 

     v.          Strong research skills.  

   vi.          Good time management skills. 

vii.          Working knowledge in MS Office Suite.
