The successful candidate will respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or logistics support Industry: Freight Forwarding & Logistics
Key Responsibilities:
i. Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
ii. Provide shipment updates and tracking information
iii. Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly
iv. Maintain accurate customer and shipment records
v. Work closely with warehouse and operations teams
Qualification
i. Previous customer service experience
ii. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
iii. Ability to multitask and stay organized
iv. Basic computer skills and attention to detail
