Job Brief
The Store Officer is responsible for the promotion of the company’s products. Properly manage and maintain the inventory of our goods thereby increasing sales in the shop.
Responsibilities
i. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, issuing, and assuring the quality of goods supplied
ii. Measure and report on the effectiveness of Stores activities
iii. Ensure inventory transactions’ accuracy
iv. Maintain item record and document the necessary information
v. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area, ensure safety in the stores
vi. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
vii. Confer and coordinate store activities with User departments for stock replenishment and stock counts
viii. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Requirements and Experiences
i. HND or its equivalent in Purchasing and Supply / Supply Chain management
ii. 2+ years of work experience in a similar role
