The West African Examination Council is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Assistant Registrars II. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be assigned duties in the Test Development or Test
Administration Division and will be required to perform the following duties among
others:

·       Develop papers for examinations conducted by the Council.

·       Assist in the conduct of all examinations conducted by the Council.

·       Recruit examiners for the Council’s examinations.

·       Organise and supervise Coordination and Moderation Meetings.

·       Handle issues that may arise from both the arrangements and conduct of the
Council’s examinations.

·       Assist in formulating and implementing policies and programmes relating to
assigned division.

Qualifications and Experience

·       Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (at least
Second Class Lower Division) from a recognised University in the relevant
discipline.

·       Applicants must have at least three (3) years of relevant post-qualification
teaching experience in a reputable institution.

·       A Master’s Degree in Educational Measurement and Evaluation will be an
added advantage.
