The successful candidate will manage the organization’s financial accounts, including payables, receivables, and the general ledger. The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Qualification
i. Proven experience as an accountant/administrator in a similar role.
ii. Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
iii. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
iv. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.

Key responsibilities
i. Manage the organization's financial accounts, including payables, receivables, and the general ledger.
ii. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management.
iii. Provide administrative assistance, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling general inquiries.
iv. Collaborate with the CEO and other departments to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
v. Monitor and analyze budget performance regularly.
vi. Process employee payroll accurately and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Reconcile bank
vii. statements and petty cash regularly. Monitor cash flow and recommend actions to maintain optimal liquidity.
viii. Review and approve expense
ix. reports. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service.
x. Ensure compliance with tax laws and other financial regulations.
