The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated finance manager who will oversee the financial operations of its innovative projects. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· Candidate will develop and manage the company’s financial plans, forecasts and budgets
· Candidate will conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and project evaluation
· Candidate will prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
· Candidate will supervise daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
· Candidate must ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies and industry standards
· Candidate will lead and develop the finance team, foster a culture of professionalism and excellence
· Candidate will collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
· A master’s degree is an added advantage
· Professional certification in accounting or finance is required\
· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in the telecommunications or infrastructure sector
· Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting and financial analysis
· Strong understanding of financial regulations, controls and best practices
· Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
