Phillips Outsourcing is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of an Account Manager. The ideal candidate must have full ownership of the innovative services portfolio in their assigned accounts. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Requirements:

       i.          Full ownership of the innovative services portfolio in your assigned accounts.

     ii.          Managing the sales cycle to ensure successful achievement of the revenue target.

    iii.          Generating sufficient revenue from relevant services to meet annual targets.

   iv.          Managing multiple sales opportunities, ensuring buy-in from customers' stakeholders.

     v.          Writing proposal documents/scopes of work for clients and new business prospects.

   vi.          Preparing proposals/replies for a formal bidding or tendering process.

  vii.          Working with the technical team to effectively position the company's innovative solutions to customers.

viii.          Documenting and tracking all sales activity through sales automation tools, including detailed activity reports, setting tasks for follow-up, lead tracking and probability statistics.

   ix.          Maintaining sufficient knowledge and understanding of the market needs.

     x.          Representing the company at exhibitions, events, and seminars,

   xi.          Developing demand and new business opportunities.

  xii.          Managing a portfolio of leads generated by various marketing methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

       i.          Bachelor's degree in business administration/Technical Related Field or equivalent.

     ii.          Proven success in a new business sales environment and sales quota over-achievement.

    iii.          Proven ability to sell to top-level executives.

   iv.          Previous experience in B2B solution sales, ideally gained within the technical services industry.

     v.          Proven ability to present the value proposition of solutions to influence individuals and groups at all levels.

   vi.          Experience in translating and communicating key technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  vii.          Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and excellent organizational skills.

viii.          Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
