Cupcake Boutique seeks the services of a customer-focused, qualified, hardworking, and experienced individual for the position of Storefront Associate. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Greet and assist customers

·       Respond to customer inquiries

·       Process transactions accurately

·       Maintain store appearance and organization

·       Restock shelves and displays

·       Work collaboratively with the team

Requirements

·       Excellent customer service skills

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Basic math skills

·       Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store

·       Previous retail experience (is a requirement)
