Rock Hill Gh is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of a Procurement Manager. The successful candidate will lead sourcing, supplier management and logistics for our mining and oil & gas operations across West Africa. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for position;
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end procurement sourcing, negotiation and purchasing
· Develop and manage supplier and vendor relationships
· Coordinate port-to-site logistics, imports and inventory
· Ensure cost control, compliance and on-time delivery
· Support project teams with equipment and materials sourcing
Requirements
- Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or a related field (CIPS or similar an advantage)
- Proven procurement / supply-chain experience, ideally in mining, energy or heavy industry
- Strong negotiation, supplier-management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of import and logistics processes and vendor compliance
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Obuasi
