New Crystal Hospital is seeking qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Procurement and Supply Chain Manager. The successful candidate will develop and implement an annual procurement plan for all branches. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement an annual procurement plan for all branches.
· Monitor stock levels across all branches to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
· Supervise central store operations, including proper storage, FIFO/FEFO, cold chain, and inventory control.
· Conduct monthly stocktaking, stock reconciliation, and generate stock variance reports.
· Manage distribution and logistics of supplies to all branches.
· Ensure all procured drugs and consumables are FDA-approved and from certified suppliers.
Qualification & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
· Minimum 1-3 years' experience in procurement and supply chain, preferably in a healthcare/pharmaceutical setting.
· Experience with inventory management software.
