Stone Depot Ghana Limited is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and qualified individuals for the position of Senior Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging your knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, and design trends to consultatively sell to architects, engineers, and developers. The ideal candidate must be a technically savvy sales leader with a deep knowledge of construction processes to drive growth in Ghana’s building sector. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will combine technical expertise in architecture, construction, and project management with sales acumen to engage high-value clients.
  • The candidate will leverage your knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, and design trends to consultatively sell to architects, engineers, and developers.
  • The candidate will be responsible for translating technical product/service benefits into client-specific value propositions for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • The candidate will target and close deals with real estate developers, construction firms, and government project teams.
  • The candidate will collaborate with technical teams to address material specifications, compliance standards, or design challenges.

Qualification

  • 3+ years experience in construction sales, architectural product supply, or project management.
  • Familiarity with construction documents (BOQs, drawings), Ghana Building Code, and material standards
  • Proven track record closing 6+ figure deals in B2B construction/building materials.
  • Ability to articulate technical details to non-technical buyers (e.g., developers, investors
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical field.
  • Certifications: PMI, LEED, or Ghana Institution of Construction (GIC).
  • Network with Ghanaian architects, contractors, or real estate consortiums.
  • Proficient in the processes, principles, and procedures of construction in Ghana
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills
