A reputable company is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an IT Assistant. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other computing/tech products. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Qualification

       i.          Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a  related field

     ii.          Proven experience ( 0 -2 years) in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles

    iii.          Fresh graduates who are eager to learn can apply

Technical Skills

       i.          Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products

     ii.          Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms

    iii.          Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

   iv.          Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop support tools

     v.          Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and basic data protection practices.
