Dandemutande Africa is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Information Technology Manager. The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and oversee computer-related operations by evaluating the technology requirements for the business's internal IT function and implementing appropriate hardware and software solutions to support operational efficiency and business objectives. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Guarantee the smooth running of all IT systems, including network, billing, and Office 365

·       Supervise the management and distribution of IT equipment across internal company users and ensure secure network access for remote users.

·       Offer users appropriate IT support and advice.

·       Manage crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.

·       Responsible for and manage new technology deployment, integrations, and user training.

·       Plan, develop, and implement the company's strategy and IT budget.

·       Schedule upgrades and security backups of critical data.

·       Manage relationships with external suppliers and negotiate competitive prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.

·       Conduct end-user training on key areas to include cyber awareness.

·       Manage product lifecycles to include end-user appliances.

·       Create performance reports as per governance requirements and auditing requirements.

Qualifications, Skills and Competences.

·       A degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science and any other equivalent and relevant qualification.

·       Certifications in key technologies, including PMP, Cisco, and Microsoft, will be an added advantage

·       Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.

·       Strong decision-making and structured problem-solving abilities

·       Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Project management capability.

·       Initiative-driven and able to perform under pressure.
