Personnel Practice Limited seeks qualified, hardworking, experienced individuals for the position of Financial Analyst, Private Debt & Venture Capital Fund. The successful candidate will analyse financial statements and cash flows of prospective investee companies and build and stress-test credit models, including DSCR and covenant analysis. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Objectives

·       Analyse financial statements and cash flows of prospective investee companies, and build and stress-test credit models, including DSCR and covenant analysis.

·       Prepare deal scorecards, risk registers and sections of Investment Committee memos.

·       Track conditions precedent and subsequent, and monitor portfolio companies after disbursement.

·       Contribute to quarterly Board and investor reporting, budgets and fund forecasts, backed by sector and market research.

Qualifications

·       A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or a related quantitative field, with a solid grasp of financial statements and IFRS.

·       Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills, with sharp quantitative reasoning and clear business writing.

·       Integrity, discretion and the ability to deliver accurate work to deadline. Bonus: CFA, ACCA, ICAG or actuarial progress, 1 to 3 years in credit, private equity, VC or banking, and Python, R or Power BI skills.
