The successful candidate will supervise daily front office operations, including reception, guest services, and reservations. The successful candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Supervise daily front office operations, including reception, guest services, and reservations.
ii. Ensure excellent guest experiences by maintaining high service standards
iii. Train, manage, and motivate front desk staff to deliver professional service
iv. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth guest flow
v. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Qualification
i. Diploma/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
ii. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
iii. Good interpersonal and coordination skills
iv. A keen eye for detail
v. Good time management skills
