As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner
· The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information about products and services
· The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualification
· Must live in Dzorwulu or it’s environs
· Ability to build relationships with customers
· Strong organizational and time management skills
