Peacemaker Foods, an agro-based company currently selling poultry eggs is seeking the services of sales and marketing officers with 2 to 3 years of experience in selling similar products at its Kumasi and Accra (specifically around Adenta/Madina) offices. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives. The candidate should possess a valid Driver's License and should be willing to work hard to drive sales. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

       i.          Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

     ii.          Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and lead generation.

    iii.          Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

   iv.          Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

     v.          Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

   vi.          Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.

  vii.          Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish partnerships.

viii.          Work with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients.

   ix.          Provide feedback to the product development team on customer insights and suggestions.

Qualifications:

       i.          Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

     ii.          2+ years of experience in sales and marketing or a similar role.

    iii.          Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

   iv.          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     v.          Strong organizational and project management abilities.
