· Proven work experience in supervising teams and workflows
· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
· Ability to enforce safety and work regulations
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organisation and coordination skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Proven work experience in a similar role is an added advantage
