We're looking for a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist to provide leadership and technical oversight for the entire M&E function. It operates on two interconnected tracks, i.e., Institutional M&E (TVET Aligned) and Project M&E.
Institutional M&E: Lead the design and implementation of robust M&E systems aligned with the needs of a TVET institution.
Project M&E: Lead M&E for donor-funded development projects, including projects supported by the Mastercard Foundation, across Ghana and beyond.
Qualifications
· A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, Educational Planning, or a related field.
· A Master's degree in Project Management or a relevant field will be an added advantage.
Experience
· Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in institutional Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably within the education sector.
· Proven experience managing M&E workflows for major international donors/foundations.
