Crystal Assurance Chartered Accountants seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Audit Manager position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive audit plans, schedules, and strategies to ensure efficient and effective audit processes. The perfect candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will develop and implement comprehensive audit plans, schedules, and strategies to ensure efficient and effective audit processes.

·       The candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing audit risks.

·       The candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements by IFRS and IPSASs.

·       The candidate will compile detailed audit reports, summarize findings, and present actionable recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

·       The candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supervising audit staff,

·       The candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and performance feedback to maintain a high-performing team.

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

·       Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred

·       Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in auditing with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role

·       Proficiency in audit software, financial analysis tools, and accounting software systems

·       Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
