We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin/HR Assistant tojoin our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various administrative tasks, including manning the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Handle front desk duties.
• Manage email and respond to inquiries
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations
• Assist in managing employee relations and communications
• Assist with recruitment and hiring processes
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
• Provide support to other departments as needed
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Admin, Psychology or related field
• 3 years of experience in administration or HR support role
