Reports to: Research Coordinator

The Research Office at the Bank Hospital is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in data management for clinical trials, quality control, and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Guidelines to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities

       i.          Accurately enter, verify, and update research and clinical data into designated databases.

     ii.          Perform routine data quality checks and assist in data cleaning, validation, and query resolution.

    iii.          Support the development and implementation of data quality assurance processes.

   iv.          Generate and maintain data logs, reports, and documentation as required.

     v.          Work closely with the Research Coordinator and Investigators to ensure data accuracy and compliance with GCP, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Skills and Competency Requirements

       i.          Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data entry systems.

     ii.          Prior experience in data entry or quality control is highly preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate

    iii.          Ability to handle sensitive company materials and information in a confidential manner

   iv.          Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

     v.          Good understanding of data quality principles and research documentation.

Qualification

       i.          Diploma or Degree in Health Sciences, Statistics, Information Management, or a related field.

     ii.          Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

    iii.          Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Mathematics Option

   iv.          Master’s Degree in Mathematics Preferred

     v.          Successful teaching experience with IGCSE and A-level students

   vi.          Excellent written and verbal communication skills
