We seek highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Quality Officers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our raw materials in the field, working closely with the rest of the team to identify and resolve quality issues. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities

·       The candidate will conduct supplier visits and evaluate the entire production process.

·       The candidate must ensure that processing conditions align with company quality standards.

·       The candidate will be responsible for performing sensory, physical, and analytical checks on products before approval.

·       The candidate will be responsible for documenting findings, reporting deviations and recommending corrective actions.

Qualifications

·       A good tertiary qualification. (Agric-related will be an advantage)

·       No prior experience is required, as candidates will be trained

·       Strong understanding of quality control principles.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Location

Central, Eastern, Volta, Oti & Bono Regions
