Job Summary
The Quantity Surveyor manages the financial and contractual aspects of real estate construction projects. This role involves preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities, monitoring project expenditures, and ensuring value for money throughout the construction process. The Quantity Surveyor works closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers to track costs, control variations, and maintain accurate financial records, contributing to the timely and cost-effective delivery of construction projects.
Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in real estate construction projects, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
