Bapx is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Front Desk Manager. The successful candidate will supervise front desk operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient service while promoting hotel offerings to enhance satisfaction and revenue. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in supervision and performing hospitality duties. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Supervise front desk operations

     ii.          Manage staff

    iii.          Handle guest concerns

   iv.          Monitor bookings

     v.          Ensure efficient service delivery

   vi.          Promote hotel offerings to enhance satisfaction  and revenue

Qualification

       i.          Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field

     ii.          Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field

    iii.          Strong leadership skills

   iv.          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

     v.          Excellent leadership skills

   vi.          Good organization and coordination skills

  vii.          Flexible with shifts and weekends
