Shift Consults Africa Limited is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Security Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff, as well as protecting our facilities and assets. The ideal candidate must have excellent observation skills a strong sense of judgement and a commitment to providing exceptional services. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be monitoring and patrolling the beach club premises to prevent and detect security breaches.
· The ideal candidate will be responsible for emergencies and incidents, such as accidents, fights or theft
· The candidate will enforce beach club rules and regulations
· The candidate will collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed
· The candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV and advising on any security breaches or challenges you observe
Qualification
· Minimum 1 year of experience in the related role
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Physical fitness and ability to respond quickly to
