XDS Data Ghana Limited seeks qualified, hardworking, experienced individuals for the Data Associate position. The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in SQL for querying, cleansing, and managing large datasets. The successful candidate will help maintain high-quality data that drives informed business decisions. In this role, you will support data processing, validation, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives across the organization. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Core Skills

·       Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, cleansing, and managing large datasets.

·       Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

·       Experience with data processing and ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi) for data transformation and loading.

·       Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing data quality and compliance, particularly in the financial or credit industries.

Experience & Qualification

·       1-3 Years Experience

·       Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management or related field

·       Full-Time, Permanent
