Caveman seeks a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail/Shop attendant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect timepiece, providing product information, ensuring a memorable shopping experience with exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing our brand with professionalism. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers with watch selection

·       The candidate must maintain a clean and organised showroom

·       The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns

·       The candidate will process transactions accurately via the POS system

·       The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the team to meet sales targets

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, communication or any other related fields

·       Proven experience in retail sales

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to build a good rapport and connect with diverse customers

·       Good interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service

·       Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
