Letshego is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Sales Manager. The successful candidate will drive the business development and implementation of effective sales plans through the Deduction at Source model and digital channels within the subsidiary. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in a high-ranking sales and product management position. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Develop and implement the country's Deduction At Source and distribution strategy and execution to drive product profitability.

     ii.          Conduct research and implement of evaluation of market trends, product industry, competition strategies, product pricing, and positioning.

    iii.          Guides the acquisition of deduction at source projects, including new products, through developing strong partnerships with the in-country and group stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of all deduction at source projects across the subsidiaries.

   iv.          Conduct research and analysis of the Deduction at Source model and operations within the country.

     v.          Collaborate with the Marketing and Product departments on acquiring new business, marketing, and promotions.

   vi.          Produces timeous reports for management meetings.

  vii.          Build relationships with the relevant stakeholders to grow Letshego's business.

Key Performance Indicators

       i.          Timely Resolution of queries/complaints

     ii.          Product Sales / Net Pay-outs

    iii.          Customer satisfaction with products & services

   iv.          Retain and Grow Customer Base

     v.          Key Performance Indicators

Minimum Job Requirements

       i.          Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration / Economics, or similar field

     ii.          At least 5 years' experience in a high-ranking Sales and Product Management position

    iii.          Experience in driving product initiatives end-to-end, from planning to post-rollout

   iv.          management.

Skills

       i.          Excellent creative and strategic problem-solving skills (i.e., problem definition & structuring, analysis definition, insight generation & recommendation generation)

     ii.          Excellent communication skills, especially with top management and other stakeholders.

    iii.          Ability to drive the execution of new products, from inception to implementation, Enterprise

   iv.          Strong understanding of customer insights and analytics

     v.          Understanding the product and customer life cycle and management

Complexity of the Role

       i.          Multi-cultural awareness and the ability to interact with a wide range of differing levels in the Group, government, society, and business in general.
