The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training, development, and performance appraisal and overseeing recruitment, staff development, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities
i. Lead by example and set high standards.
ii. Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention.
iii. Manage training, development, and performance appraisal.
iv. Maintain attendance and employee relations.
v. Ensure compliance with labour laws
vi. Develop HR strategies and policies for a positive work environment.
Qualification
i. First degree in HR or related field.
ii. 2-3 years relevant work experience.
iii. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
iv. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
