PHR Global is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of an Administrator to Director, Human Resource. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing activities of the HR Director’s Secretariat. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations

·       The candidate will  be responsible for maintaining office supplies, equipment and facilities

·       The candidate will act as a point of contact between employees, clients and management

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing company records, databases and filing systems

·       The candidate will assist with hiring, onboarding and training new employees

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing invoices, expenses and budgets

Qualification

·       Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in a similar field

·       Proven human resource Management experience and professional certification will be an added advantage

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations Management or other relevant fields

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

·       Proficiency in Data Analytics and Presentations

·       Excellent written and verbal communication
